How It Works

1. Contact Premier's Preferred lender Vickie Cummings to start the easy qualification process
2. After pre-approval contact a Premier Professional to begin your NEW HOME SEARCH!
3. Find the home you would like to purchase
4. Enter into a Contract on your NEW PREMIER HOME!
5. Once the contract is finalized, the lender will submit a gift application on your behalf to AmeriDream
6. You will then receive a notice of gift approval from AmeriDream
7. Go to Closing
8. Enjoy your NEW PREMIER HOME
