PREMIER'S 'New Home Specialists' will take you on guided tours of communities in the Tallahassee area. These tours are designed specifically so that you can really get a feel for which community has the most to offer you.

To reaffirm this commitment, we provide a "Builder Warranty", as well as an extended "2-10 Home Buyer Warranty", at no expense to the homeowner. 5. Completion Time
Getting your new home done on schedule is very important to us. With custom building, the process usually takes between 90-120 days, but can vary depending on weather conditions and the expediency of obtaining permits. PREMIER also offers, "Quick Delivery" and "Ready to Move In" homes for those customers with less flexible schedules.
